These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ScanMadira, an Aerodram product. By using ScanMadira, you agree to these terms.
1. About ScanMadira
ScanMadira is a spirits discovery and information product designed to help users identify bottles, explore product details and flavour information, and compare available pricing information.
2. Informational purpose
Information provided through ScanMadira is for general informational and discovery purposes only. Product descriptions, tasting information, bottle details, availability and pricing may change and may contain errors or omissions.
3. Bottle identification
Image-recognition and scanning results may not always be correct. Similar bottle designs, packaging changes, lighting, image quality, regional editions and limited releases may affect identification accuracy. Users should verify important product details independently before making a purchase.
4. Prices and availability
Prices shown through ScanMadira may come from third-party retailers, partners or publicly available sources. Prices, taxes, currencies, stock levels, promotions and availability may change without notice. The price shown by the retailer at the time of purchase is the controlling price.
5. External links and third parties
ScanMadira may link to third-party retailers, manufacturers or other services. Aerodram does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, security, privacy practices or transactions.
6. Alcohol and legal age
ScanMadira is intended for users who are legally permitted to access alcohol-related information in their location. You are responsible for complying with local laws, legal drinking-age requirements, import rules and purchasing restrictions.
7. Responsible use
ScanMadira does not encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. Product information and recommendations, where available, should not be interpreted as encouragement to consume alcohol.

If ScanMadira introduces account features, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must not misuse another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

The ScanMadira name, Aerodram name, product design, software, interface, original content and related branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, bottle images and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Service availability
ScanMadira is currently in development. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available permanently.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
ScanMadira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Aerodram does not guarantee that product information, scan results, prices, tasting information or third-party data will always be accurate, complete, current or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aerodram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of ScanMadira, reliance on product information, third-party services, pricing information or purchase decisions.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as ScanMadira evolves. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
